Pemanfaatan Supervisi Digital untuk Efektivitas Evaluasi dan Penilaian Kinerja Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak di Brebes

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam tata kelola pendidikan menuntut pembaruan sistem supervisi dari pendekatan administratif konvensional menuju sistem supervisi digital yang objektif, transparan, dan berbasis bukti. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) dalam merancang, melaksanakan, dan menindaklanjuti supervisi digital guna meningkatkan efektivitas evaluasi kinerja pendidik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Jatibarang, Kabupaten Brebes, dengan melibatkan 40 guru TK sebagai peserta aktif. Metode pelaksanaan memadukan pendekatan pembelajaran orang dewasa (andragogi), pemaparan materi, demonstrasi teknis, simulasi terbimbing, diskusi kelompok kolaboratif, serta penyusunan Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL) melalui alur supervisi lima langkah (perencanaan, observasi, pencatatan bukti, umpan balik, dan tindak lanjut). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi peserta yang signifikan, tercermin dari kenaikan rerata skor pemahaman dan keterampilan teknis dari 52,42 (kategori kurang) pada saat pre-test menjadi 83,22 (kategori sangat baik) pada post-test. Peserta berhasil menyusun paket instrumen supervisi digital terpadu, instrumen observasi berbasis bukti faktual, serta format umpan balik konstruktif. Pendampingan ini terbukti efektif mengubah persepsi supervisi dari instrumen pengawasan yang membebani menjadi mekanisme pembinaan profesional berkelanjutan yang aplikatif bagi pendidik anak usia dini di Kabupaten Brebes.
