Penguatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru melalui Matematika Ceria Berbasis Teknologi untuk Mendukung Kesiapan Tes Kemampuan Akademik Siswa

Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar perlu mengembangkan pemahaman konsep, penalaran, dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah sebagai dasar kesiapan siswa menghadapi Tes Kemampuan Akademik. Namun, kondisi awal di SD Pembangunan Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Padang menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru mengenai karakteristik Tes Kemampuan Akademik, pembelajaran Matematika Ceria berbasis teknologi, serta penggunaan media digital interaktif masih belum optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran Matematika Ceria berbasis teknologi serta menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang mendukung kesiapan akademik siswa. Program dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, pengembangan perangkat, praktik microteaching, dan implementasi pembelajaran yang melibatkan 24 guru. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pretest dan posttest, observasi praktik, angket respons, serta penilaian perangkat dan produk program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata peserta meningkat dari 51,83 menjadi 87,50. Sebanyak 87,5% guru mampu menyusun perangkat dengan kategori baik atau sangat baik, hasil microteaching mencapai 90,07%, dan kelayakan produk memperoleh nilai 92,42%. Respons peserta mencapai 95,97% dengan kategori sangat baik. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan terstruktur mampu memperkuat kompetensi pedagogik guru dan mendukung pembelajaran matematika yang lebih interaktif, bermakna, dan berorientasi pada penalaran.
